I found this awesome pancake recipe from Allrecipes.com because My husband and I didn't have enough Bisquick to make breakfast for dinner. I just needed something fast so I found this and turns out that each pancake is only 166 calories! Plus they are large pancakes! The recipes says 8 servings, but my husband made 5 and that's when I entered it into myfitnesspal.com's recipe thing and found out that at 5 servings each sering is only 166 calories!
Now, the recipe calls for 3 Tablespoons of butter, but I omitted this and they turned out fine hence the awesomeness and the low calorie count!
I am making it again tonight but am trying waffles with strawberries and whip cream!
